Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://all4onepropertyservicesllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All 4 One Property Services LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Care, Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, Yard Cleanup, Irrigation System Installation, Tree Trimming provided by All 4 One Property Services LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://all4onepropertyservicesllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of All 4 One Property Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. All 4 One Property Services LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All 4 One Property Services LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will All 4 One Property Services LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All 4 One Property Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
